We kept all the features of DuGrip 301 Advanced that makes it the best selling product we carry, including the familiar web spray pattern that offers low soak-in, a high solids count to enhance the hold, and the bright yellow can that makes it easy to see.
To this we added the ability to form an instant tack, kept it clear, and formulated our 4011 to develop flexible bonds that are either temporary or permanent. Keyston 4011 Upholstery Adhesive is fast tack adhesive specially formulated to bond foam-to-foam, as well as foam-to-fabric, wood, particle board, cardboard, metal and fiberglass.
4011 meets 21 CFR 175.105 standards, making it useable as a food packaging adhesive in accordance with the rules and limitations listed in the regulation.
Not recommended for unsupported vinyl fabric. Certain plastic and elastomeric substrates can exhibit bond failure due to plasticizer migration. Combinations of high temperature and humidity can promote bond failure (don't use this for headliner or landau tops). For nonmetallic substrates, testing of the production parts in typical operating environments for compatibility and performance is recommended. Web spray adhesive. VOC content is less than 55% by weight. This product has been formulated to meet or exceed all federal and state VOL limits such as the OTC states and California. Contains acetone (CAS 67-64-1), Propane (CAS 74-98-6), Hexane (CAS 110-54-3), Dimethyl Ether (CAS 115-10-6) and NJTSRN 80100049-5003P (nonvolatile).
Vapors will accumulate readily. Keep product away from heat, sparks, flames, pilot lights, and sources of static discharge. Do not store above 120F or in direct sunlight.
